3000BC Gives Back Series continues...

What Is Reiki?
Reiki offers a wonderfully relaxing and nurturing benefits that support the immune system. Gentle hand positions flood the client with life force energy. As stress melts away, the body is better able to heal itself and handle side effects of conventional medicine. As Reiki can do no harm and does not interfere with other treatments, it provides complimentary care as well as wellness maintenance.
Why Individuals With Cancer Enjoy Reiki
Reiki practitioners say that it can
Help some people to feel deeply relaxedHelp people cope with difficult situationsRelieve emotional stress and tensionHelp to improve overall well-being
Some people with cancer say they feel better after using therapies such as Reiki. In some clients, it has helped to control side effects of their cancer treatments, such as pain, anxiety and sickness. They also say that it helps them cope better with their cancer and its treatment. But it’s important to bear in mind that while Reiki may help you to cope with your symptoms or side effects, it is not able to treat your cancer.
Our 3000BC Reiki Provider:
Our 3000BC massage therapist, Pam Hipp, will be providing the treatment. Pam feels everyone should be able to enjoy this wonderful gift and is excited to participate in the 3000BC Gives Back series. Pam is available for a variety of spa treatments including massage, hot stone, reiki, maternity, body treatments and more.
