How Does BBL Work?
After creating the appropriate treatment plan, the programming of the BBL system will be adjusted to fit your unique needs. Before starting the procedure, your eyes will be protected from the laser with a cover. A member of our team will then gently pass the laser over your skin while focusing on the problem areas. The amount of time necessary for the treatment will change depending on the skin condition and if any additional treatments were completed during the BBL procedure. BBL procedures can typically be finished in about one hour or less.

Lua is very experienced as well as knowledgable about the various skin care applications that are offered at B&BL..She will address your skin care needs, then recommend the best treatment for you. While having your treatment, she is "thoroughly present" explaining every step of the procedure and has you leaving with a precise post care plan. I just finished my 2nd round of Morpheus with a Moxi. I have one more to go! Change is HAPPENING!! I feel totally supported and confident in her care for my skin. Lua is a TRUE GEM!
I see both Judy Kim for skincare needs and Jacqueline for injectables. Judy is so great and treated me 3 times with Moxi laser for my light melasma and has also given me a hydrafacial after the pigmentation flakes off. Just is so attentive and treats every part of my face individually and even had me come back for touches up when we didn’t see a huge improvement in certain areas. Jacqueline is one of the best injectors I’ve EVER seen and I’ve been to 5 different med spas over the years. She treats me like an individual patient not based on my age. I appreciate her honesty and approach so much I value everything she says and she will never over treat you but I love how she gives you options on everything you could do as well and does it kindly!
I had a few rounds of micro needling and love the results. My go to esthetician is Judy because she knows how to treat a variety of skin types and those with hyperpigmentation! I loved my experience and will go back soon for more treatments!!

What can I Expect after BBL?
Following the treatment, a soothing cream will be smoothed onto your skin. We may also supply post-treatment care instructions and might advise limited exposure to the sun. Otherwise, patients are generally able to return to their regular daily routine. Results from BBL may be seen in 2 – 6 weeks following the first treatment, but optimal results will generally be seen after repeat BBL treatments. Our team will provide the recommended amount of treatments to receive your preferred outcome.

How much does BBL cost?

Your costs will vary depending on what area(s) you are having treated, the treatment area(s) size, and how many treatments you will need. Once we evaluate your skin's health and listen to your concerns, they will help you develop your custom BBL plan. How many treatments will I need?
How many BBL treatments you need can be discussed in your consultation as soon as our team assesses the condition of your skin. On average, patients reach their skin goals after three sessions. However, if you have serious pigmentation, discoloration, or sun damage, you might need more sessions. During your consultation, we will listen to your goals and create your custom treatment plan. Your sessions will be spaced about one month apart to allow your skin to recover.
Are BBL and MOXI safe for all skin tones?
Since the energy wavelengths in a BBL and MOXI treatment can be adjusted for your unique needs, BBL and MOXI are safe for all skin tones. To get your best results, our team suggests you avoid unprotected ultraviolet (UV) light exposure (both tanning beds and natural sunlight) for at least 10 – 14 days before your treatment session. Tanned skin has an increased amount of pigment (melanin), which can absorb the energy and impact your outcome. Your skin will be especially sensitive to UV light, so you need to not use tanning beds and limit sun exposure while you are getting treatment and for a minimum of 10 – 14 days after your last appointment.
